WP Remove Dashboard Extra Widgets. This is my first plugin of WordPress hope you all will like it !

What is does is , it removes three extra rather useless widgets from the admin dashboard of WordPress !

The readme.txt says

After reading the explanation here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tc-disable-browser-upgrade-warning/ I could figure out that this warning could be removed through a plug-in, after that plug-in is uploaded and activated.
I wanted this particular plug-in and the process to upload please. From the screenshot my client has sent, I can see that he doesn’t has a plugin tab above.
Kindly suggest what can I do in order to remove this warning. It’s absolutely urgent for me as he a VIP.

Just found the reason for this Message .. The Compatibility Settings was turned on. When the Compatibility Settings was disabled , it does not show the message .

Hey Ahmad,
  Since the user has IE7 on his system, he doesnot has compability mode there.

bro look i am a plugin and theme devloper of wordpress you can give them a link to this article , WordPress is no more accepting iE , say them use opera or chrome ! they will feel a lot better ! and fast
