I checked Socialite out, but I find that the site looks a little messy and it wasn’t clear where to download what, so I just went back here and wrote this comment. Just so you know :)

There are instructions for it, site is not a mess that is just a minimal design, if you need help in implementing it, i can provide a tuto.
