User-friendly. Site should be in accordance with Google Webmaster Guidlines

Technical requirements

Article URLs.Make them permanent and unique.

Article Links. Try to avoid graphics links and iframes.

Article formatting. No pdf or non HTML formats.

Robots.txt or metatags.User-agent must be able to crawl and index your site.

Multimedia content. Provide the source , but higly recommended to use your own.
